After over 25 years of not having seen each other, we reconnected during my cross country trip from New York to New Mexico and around to San Antonio, Texas last year and again this year when I returned for the Wild Wicked Weekend.
Loretta took me to this great Mexican restaurant, Chachos, where they serve the tastiest Margaritas. Chachos serves so many Margaritas, they have them pre-mixed in one of those huge slushy machines.
It was a little strange to discover Chachos doesn’t have black olives to put on it’s nachos. According to Loretta, Mexicans don’t use black olives.
